Peter Šťastný (a.k.a. "Peter the Great" and "Stosh") is a Hockey Hall Of Famer. He is an NHL record holder, award winner and all-star. He is the second highest scorer of the 1980s, trailing only Wayne Gretzky. Stastny's 1,239 career points rank 34th all time in NHL history (and second overall for Slovaks, behind Stan Mikita). During his NHL career, Stastny played with the Quebec Nordiques, New Jersey Devils and St. Louis Blues. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1998. In 2017, Peter Šťastný was named one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players in history. He is the father of current St. Louis Blues forward Paul Stastny.
